Our primary fuel, Rice Husk Natural, delivers a consistent gross calorific value of 3105 kcal/g, ensuring stable furnace temperatures required for efficient metal processing. With a controlled silica dioxide (SiO2) content of 14.5%, this material minimizes slag formation while maximizing energy output, making it a reliable substitute for traditional fossil fuels in blast furnaces and induction heating systems.

For applications requiring high-silica byproducts or specific refractory materials, our Mid C RHA and High C RHA variants offer distinct technical advantages. Mid C RHA features a SiO2 concentration of 69.3% with an ash content of 84.3%, suitable for supplementary cementitious materials or abrasive applications. In contrast, High C RHA contains 34.8% fixed carbon alongside 67.6% SiO2, providing a dual-function material that can serve as both a fuel source and a silica-rich additive in alloy processing, enhancing the versatility of your raw material supply chain.

Precision in particle size and chemical purity is critical for automated steel production lines. Our Mid Powder RHA, with 69.2% SiO2 and 88.6% ash, is processed to a fine consistency for uniform distribution and rapid ignition, reducing cycle times in batch furnaces. Additionally, Low C RHA stands out with an exceptionally high SiO2 content of 91.4% and minimal ash at 1.19%, offering an ultra-pure silica source ideal for high-grade refractory brick manufacturing or specialized metallurgical coatings where impurity levels must be strictly controlled.
