PT Aji Bakuh Anugrah provides consistent supply of natural rice husk from the agricultural hubs of East Java, characterized by a Gross Calorific Value of 3105 kcal/g and a silica (SiO2) content of 14.5%. This raw material serves as the foundational feedstock for various thermal processes, offering a reliable energy source for boilers and industrial furnaces in the Gresik region. The natural state of the husk ensures minimal processing costs while maintaining the structural integrity required for direct combustion applications.

For specialized industrial uses, our Mid C RHA product boasts a high silica purity of 69.3% with an ash content of 84.3%, making it ideal for refractory materials and silica extraction. In contrast, the High C RHA variant offers a fixed carbon content of 34.8% alongside 67.6% SiO2, providing a dual-purpose fuel and raw material that enhances thermal efficiency in manufacturing processes. These distinct chemical profiles allow industries to select the precise grade that matches their production requirements.

The powder and low-carbon lines of our product portfolio cater to specific filtration and ceramic applications. Mid Powder RHA contains 69.2% SiO2 and 88.6% ash, suitable for abrasive and filler materials, while the Low C RHA achieves a remarkable 91.4% SiO2 purity with only 1.19% ash. This ultra-pure silica fraction is critical for high-end glass manufacturing and soil amendment projects that demand minimal impurities and consistent particle size distribution.

Beyond rice husk derivatives, we supply Palm Kernel Shell with a GCV of 4603 kcal/kg, a high-energy biomass alternative for power generation, and Feed Meal with 16.19% protein content for the aquaculture and livestock sectors.
